Founder Cellular Therapy Strategy & Clinical Oversight
Dr. Couriel spent years at the front lines of cellular therapy treating patients, building programs, and navigating the regulatory and operational complexity that most physicians never see. He founded CellServe because he knew the problems were solvable. He sets strategy, leads clinical direction, and serves as primary advisor across all Service Line 1 consulting engagements.
Clinical Operations & Quality Integration
Chastity leads program readiness and quality integration at CellServe designing the workflows, governance structures, and education frameworks that turn planning into reliable execution. Her background in high-acuity clinical environments means she understands what it actually looks like when things go wrong, and how to build the systems that prevent it.
Program Coordination & Systems Operations
Based in Egypt, Mohamed supports cross-functional coordination across CellServe's projects. He manages project tracking, documentation workflows, and administrative processes to ensure clear communication and aligned execution maintaining structure, clarity, and consistency in support of CellServe's quality-driven clinical work.
Advanced Therapy Services Manager
Brad brings deep expertise in apheresis and advanced therapy services to CellServe's operations from program development and financial management to the educational content that trains clinical teams. He is the operational backbone behind how CellServe scales its work without losing quality.
